Lance uses his passion, his exercise science background, and his love for racing to encourage all levels of athletes at NOMAD. If he is not working with his athletes or training himself, he is busy playing with his son, Luke, or hanging out with his beautiful wife, Anne. He's got you covered. :) Lance also finished in the top third in the Hawaii 2007 Ironman World Championships this year and won NOMAD's first annual, Take Flight Triathlon on October 18th, 2008.
